Ok lets look at what Rush can do:
Increase your attack in the Damage Step (Vital if you're attacking into a high defence)
Increase your Attack if you're attacking directly
Target Reaper (Though Shrink can do this too)
Use in responce to an attack to make your attack higher then theirs.
Cause Weenie monsters to be not so weenie.
Used to power up a monster before you activate DDVD etc
theres a few reasons why i think rush recklessly can be better than shrink IMO
