Every body on the board is free to trade as they please, however any body found to be falsely agreeing trades (i.e letting some one send you cards but not send what you agreed to etc) will be punished.
We have compiled a list of recommended traders, more will be added as they are deemed worthy, all moderators and admin as default are included as being a safe trader. Any body not found on this list has not traded with a moderator and has there for not been added to the list becase of that.
