i was thinking about making a level up / level modulation deck
using silent magicians and horus'
maybe add a jinzo or decrees in for trap negation???
is this a feasible deck in this format??

not really, level up and level modulation can both be dead draws and in this meta thats is the last thing you want, if your going to try any of the two go all horus, silent magicians aren't really that good, LV8 has an excellent effect but its summoning condition sucks, and lv 4 is only any good if you have level up in your hand. You can try it but in this meta you will get pwned.

All depends where he plays ross, "Meta" can be used internationally or locally, as far as im aware stimlo plays at his own lil tourny with mates etc and nothing much outside of that, maybe u shud give it a try mate, theres no point asking others if u shud run a deck or not, its always worth building ur deck and testing it ur way to find out if ur happy urself with it, rather than others. buyt i deffo agree with ross with horus, far simpler to get out the magicians and silent swordsman and better effects too. |

you dont want to be running multiples of the lv 8's or you will be drawing them and not the lower ones, on the other hand you want a couple of level ups and a couple of each of the lower lv's so you cxan level up etc, a couple of decrees to avoid bottomless etc and of course a solemn. Build yours and let us know how you get on.

yeah that is kinda what i had in mind!!
I will put it together and give it a run.
I guess your right in that im not a full time player, and yeah i probly do play with m8s more than tourneys.
I go to my local ones at sutton sumtimes, but im usually too busy with work, the missus, pub.....etc....
