If I prem sphinx... can I flip it face down and flip it face up the same turn to return all opps mons to hand.

Yes you can prem the sphinx as its in graveyard
Yes you can flip it down in the same turn since it is using an effect(its own)
No you can't manually flip it up since you just summoned the Sphinx
