can sumone explain to me these decks, along with sum of the monsters, spells and traps to go in them.

1 turn kill deck

last turn decks and OTK decks kill the opponent in 1 turn =/ GG. XD

If your reffering to the card last turn and using it for a deck, you want jowgen the spiritualist x 3 in the deck, thats how you get the win.
