Is there an effect card to get a trap from deck?

Hi again,

I'm full of questions tonight!!

Is there a card either spell or effect that will let me get one trap card from my deck?

Also, if gravity bind/level limit area B are in play, what happens to the effect of a card that says to change the battle position of one card on the field?

Or what happens if I chain Labryinth of nightmare to gravity bind?

Please help!

FLIP: Select 1 Trap Card from your Graveyard. Add the selected card to your hand.

AND

A Cat of Ill Omen

FLIP: Select 1 Trap Card from your Deck and place it on top of your Deck. If "Necrovalley" is on the field, you can add the selected Trap Card to your hand instead.
