Another scenario

Can some one please explain this to me -

Under skill drain no monsters have an effect, obviously anything that activates in the graveyard (sangan etc) will still work as it is not on the field, however ude state that exiled force's effect activates in the graveyard so it can be used under skill drain???, I find this strange as you have to tribute the face up card from your side of the field for its effect to work, meaning you are using its effect whilst it is still on the field???, now have ude made a mistake or am I missing something??

Hmmm, I do believe your right, Its a stupid rule, however, UDE credit *rare* they are now sorting yu gi oh out, what wit bls banned etc.

yh like spirit reaper not dying coz of book of moon, coz it says it is destroyed immediately but it should have at point of resolution then a lot more of the effects would make sense!

yeh since they make ban list and everything even though UDE know what they r doing konami has the final say.

I reckon its time judges should decide what goes on banned list and certain rulings
