Well last night was the night we have all (well those of us that didn't cheat) have been waiting for. The new series of lost is underway yet again leaving us with more questions that we started with.
The story as I see it now (IF YOU DIDN'T SEE EPISODE'S 2 OR 3 LAST NIGHT DO NOT READ THIS)-
The hatch is finally open and desmond is inside, now the fact that he knows jack makes me think that these people have been selected some how, they may have been forced to take the plane that lead to them being stranded on the island, however on the other hand only a few of the people that actually crashed have played a significant role so there may have been a few people just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now the reason I think these people have been selected is the Dharma project (Station 3 The swan). The film explained that the hatch was a lab designed for projects done by some of the greatest minds including elctromagnatism and animal studies, also studying the human mind, its these studies that I think will now be the main part of the series.
We all know that something went wrong which is why Desmond locked him self in and was taking what ever the syrum was, and he was only entering the code on blind faith from the rambled story of an old man, like jack said "what if they are just seeing if you will keep on pressing the button", what if jack is right??, what if psychologists invented this whole thing as a game??, the game only ends when the code isn't entered, however because no one has had the nerve not to enter the code the game continues. What about the replacements you may ask?!?!?!?, well what do you think the plane crashed for??, the electromagnet is there for a reason and may be set to go off when something of significant size is in range. It’s a theory but with the way lost is going now it makes sense.
There is still a few things that need to be answered, like, what are the voices people keep hearing??, why did the fitty blonde see walt stood there??, yet again this could be something to with the experiments, desmond did mention people getting ill, may the halusinations is a part of that. We are still yet to find out what the puff of black smoke was that grabbed lock in the last series, yet again the experiments may be a part of that. And are the others Soyer, Jin and Michael came across al from the plane???, we saw the latina chick talking to jack at the airport so has she been selected aswell??.
There is to many questions to list but the there is one thing we do know, we're in for a reaaallllyyy good season of lost.
