the monarch stuff is broken, and the dark world stuff wud b too.
how about:
barrier of dark ruler (spell, quickplay)
when a fiend type monster would be destroyed (not as a result of battle) negate the activation and effect of that card.
bad wording but u know what i mean, like MBAAS for fiends
