Round 1
Chocobo Fiend Control vs Pete and his usual CC warrior chaos type thing.
ah pete in the first round, he beat me last time time for revenge lol. he acctually didnt do well this time, wasnt his day.
was a good game, i won first round, he won second, then the third was pretty even until i eventually managed to get past the assailants and cybers with newdorias and GEAF. Actualyl we both kept getting the same life points in the second 2 games until the last few turns lol

Chocobo vs martyn (i think) chaos/pheonix
usually win vs mart, but he has beaten me before, glad he wasnt using horus...
first game was easily won, a few newdorias and beatsticks were enough to do the damage with some dusts for support. second round was going terrible, started off well but started to go wrong when he summoned pheonix. destroyed it about 4 times before ending up with 2 giant germs and a face down slate warrior. he attacked a germ, then next turn i flipped slate summoned necrofear and morphed it into cyber twin then attacked got pheonix, attacked the face down tsukyomi and he was left with 1800 lp to my 600, and then he uses dark hole! luckily he hadnt got any monsters and i drew my other necrofear nxt turn for game. great comeback

Choco vs andy, RFTDD/The creator COSR advantage deck.
in about 2 years of going to this store ive never played vs andy ever even though we both go the tournys.
first game was really easy, he didnt seem to draw much and i just beat him with a couple of mystic tomatoes. second game was scary, the stuff in my side deck didnt really help either, summoning 2 creators, 2 sacred cranes from the grave and premature burial sumwhere along the line with 2 CoSRs on the field after using giant trunade was gg. third game was similar to the first, he didnt get that much but took me quite a while to win with trunades re using SoRL and prem.

choco vs will (i think) tomato/ warrior control.
ok heres where it started to go wrong, we had both won 3 games so we were both thru cos it was the last round of swiss. the first game we did nearly the same thing, both had tomatoes and newdorias. eventually he won cant really remember this game very well. came back in the second round think dark necrofear got him but cant be sure, then the 3rd was pretty much same as the 1st.

the first knockout stage, and vs andy again. not played vs each other for 2 years then twice in the same tourny lol. his deck was acctually really good, never seen one quite like it surprisingly the creator and draw combos with RftDD and soul release and chaos sorceror worked amazingly. knew this game could go either way.
first round was very scary, 2 CoSR again and this time 3 creators kept bringing back incarnate and then special summoning another creator and drawing two. also used trunade again pff stood no chance. 2nd round went well, had him down 2 700 lp before he started to come back with RfTDD and chaos sorceror. took me a few turns to get thru but won it. 3rd round was another one where he got the cards he needed, trunade creator sacred crane etc etc, cant remember too much but he won after id stopped that he heavyd my 3 traps and dark holed then won it lol...

was a good day, got to duel andy and had some good duels. also had a good game of pokemon between games, leaving scott sitting with our cards while we played in the tourny lol. also got a few good pokemon cards off pple ^^ Also didnt get any terrible hands
would have liked to win and get qualification to the nats and the prize money (wow it acctually had money instead of cards) and didnt get any good cards from those duelist packs i brought.
i had fun anyways and good luck to any1 going the nationals, looks like ill have 2 wait till next year
