I think we can all agree that a healthy number of duelists hate chaos decks. That's why we try to devise decks around chaos and show that in this age we are different (Correct me if I'm wrong). I hate it because 90% of the time during the nationals, city challenge, regionals and even last chance qualifiers I was owned and lost to chaos decks. I just felt so bad everytime I lost to them cause I could beat nearly every other deck at those events amd that a chaos deck doesn't require that much skill, it's more of luck.
Sorry just my view.

well that is tru i mean the number of times sum1 has won bcoz the go 'omg wot a topdeck...1 light 1 dark...' and im there thinking if they had a different card in there deck at that point it would b game 2 me, but since when does a mobius or even a pheonix stand up 2 BLS!!

i cant stand it at all for the reasons stated above, but as silly as it sounds i'll use it no question. i wanna be able to compete and because of that uve gotta use wats good. now if ant used his head an played chaos at the LCQ in london, i reckon he wudda qualified but, if u dont wanna use it dont expect to be as stable to win. i know it suks as but its tru

Well I might have used BLS at the LCQ if I had him but I didn't so I used my Horus deck there. I have actually decided that I will only use BLS in an emergency for getting into the nationals if he isn't banned in this new list for October/November (Don't get the wrong idea or anything.), I hope I don't have to resort to using it cause I hate it so much and I have other decks I want to use that can do just as well hopefully.
BTW Tim I was talking about the national qualifer in the Thinktank Museum, Birmingham before the City Challenges happened.

Personally i don't think BLS needs either luck or skill...you just need 1 light and 1 dark, and its d**n near game over for your opponent. What a d**n gyp. You sit up for weeks, testing, tweaking, perfecting your combos, checking for weak spots, playtesting, preparing....and then some snotty little punk comes and beats you to death with a MOF, a Mask of Darkness, and 3000 atks worth of No Talent. Jesus, it couldn't be easier if you'd been sent a ransom note in badly glued newspaper clippings threatening to kill your family for them to win. They might as well have turned up to the duel with a baseball bat and a nasty habit of staring at your left ear. But take heart in the knowledge that without BLS, they're going straight where they belong...back to school, to learn how a true duellist plays and wins.... This has been a public service announcement by The Ministry for the Prevention of BLS Supremacy

Excellent speech there. 'The Ministry for the Prevention of BLS Supremacy' now that's what I call a campaign group.

A soon to be 'dormant' group I must add - only a fortnight left ...

And now an extinct group.... But its aims have, i believe, been achieved. The question now remains of whether i was right in saying that many of the chaos dependant duellists are in fact only on top because of BLS, or whether they do indeed have some hidden talent? Only time will tell. As for me, I'm looking to see how well everyone adapts to the other changes, no POG or Graceful...No tribe... Its going to be an exciting time for us all.
