This is a sensible discussion people, we wants your views on what's going on in the world.

Now we all heard the sick news a while ago about the 6 year old that was abducted from her house whilst in the bath and what happened to her , this was shortly followed up by a 3 year old being gang banged by some sick sadistic paedophiles , now we have it announced that some sick f***in retarded skum has raped a 12 week old baby , when will it end??. Personally I think the death sentence should be brought back for severe offences like these, the people that perpetrate these crimes aren't fit to live in our society and as such should be wiped from existence , jail just doesn't seem enough unless you are going to lock them in a high security prison, with the rest of the normal inmates, and announce what they have done to them all, they won't last long but they'd get what they deserve.

We have instances of people being stabbed nearly every day, dead bodies being found and various other things that should never happen, where did society go wrong??, at what point did the world start to turn so violent??, from the major terrorist cells to the petty street mugger, what is there motivation?? why is this happening???.

tbh, i agree, it is a waste of valuable jail space, these people have no respect for the normal family, and to even consider doing something like that means a seriously warped individual. The bad thing is its powerless to stop this, as i guess its so easy to pull off, so the only way would be to scare such people off with threats of death, but would it still stop them, i guess not as they have no respect for life anyways..

and have all my theories on where it went wrong, none of them should be said on a public forum, lol.

Indeed this is my sensitive side. Things like this really get me going though, as I'm sure you can imagine why. There must be some major malfunction with these people that causes them to do it, how can they even contemplate it???, a child isn't sexually attractive in anyway, its just a chiled, granted if it’s a 21 year old leggy blonde shag away, but still don't rape!!!!!, no one deserves that. I would love to get all the rapist's in the world in one room and torture the lot of them, death isn't good enough for these people. What we need is some serious sci-fi sh!t, we need a sarcophagos from stargate so we can kill them then bring them back to life and kill them again, even then I don't think we'd be close to what they deserve, but we'd be on the right track.

this is a subject which always get me going.

The preblem is that as humans our nature is to be inquizative and sometimes this nature manifests its self in some very sick and depraved ways, for example the guy with the twelve month old was apparently a total freak who had a list of nuts he wanted to carry out. This means that unfortunately we could never rid the world of this type of behavour. I the same as most people belave these people are ill and should be culled, but however there are other more liberal natured people who beleave in humans rights for anybody no mater what they have done. Thus we treat these female anatomys as mentaly ill, which in my opion is the wrong way to go about it.
If we can't kill em then lock up them up for life all in together with no contact from the outside world so they have nothing to endulge there sick thoughts with.

something needs to be done, nothing in this country does as it should, i think that a LIFE sentance should be for LIFE not just getting released after bout 10 years

I think it would be better to torture ( depending what you did ) throughout the sentance e.g. for rape every day some torture like shock therapy or some old-fashioned stretching rack then with lets say burglary only once a week. That should hopefully cut down the crime rate.

Way to simple! And not painful enough. In order to stop someone from doing something, you have to teach them that if they do, they have to pay a price which is painful not just a sentance of prison. I ( on some level ) know how a criminal certain thinks. They think that Prison is not all that bad. Free food and clothes and a place to sleep which you don't have to pay any rent. They think that prison is just a place where you can find new friends and where you are suppose to follow the rules and not leave. Why do you think they invented torture? ( Though I have no idea what the person was thinking when they invented it! ) To stop them from stealing, murdering, raping and so on and so on and so on. If someone got a nasty scar or a scarred back through flogging they are going to think twice before they do it again!

Do you think that's going to stop them? The death sentence could stop normal criminals, but look at people like suicide bombers for example. They practically give themselves the death penalty and take something else out with them. Unfortunately, there will always be evil amongst the good with these people having no respect over here and beliefs elsewhere, we can't wipe everyone like that out no matter how hard we try.

Well then decrease the world population. There are to many people. The population growth needs to slow down or stop completly. No meaning kill all newborns but if someone dies just one other is born. We need to keep the Death/Birth Ratio at 1:1.

i havent read all the above posts so if im saying sh*t that someones already said soz, theres 2 main problems domestic crime and international crime, you get your pedo's and rapists and kidnapps here and you get your terrorism, war and other simialr events internationally, domestic crime is normally resolved, for some reason. either the criminal kills him/her self or the coppers bag em (and do a pathectic excuse of punishment) eventually unfortunately tho this comes at the expense of the lives of numbers of people and children. and we all kno wat we wud do if we met a pedo in the street, (especially the dads on here) for example a guy that owned and ran both the nursery and scouts place here in burton latimer, was found guilty and is due in court for his sentence for obtaining child pornography, but get this my mums freind had a 3 year old kid that went to that nursery, now thats fuked up. murderers and rapists are the same, they will eventually be tracked down and sorted by the bill. there is no faster way and from wat we see in the media the coppers do the best they can. how ever the international problem is a circle that will nevr be broken, we all kno that terrorism is the main focus here, the circle works like this:

1. extremists influence extremists to do the actions they do because of hate towards the western world.

2. the western world retaliates through political and hate driven warfare.

3. the extremists have just recieved another reason to hate the western world again.

and the cycle continues like that, there is no way of stopping this, no-one wants to stop retaliating because there is no reason why we should stand for this, you could wipe out all known terrorists in the world if it were possible and all it would do would spawn more hate and extremists, there is no solution, it is a question of time, unfortunately for use we live in the time where we are waiting for this sh*t to stop, all we can do is hope that our children live in a time where it already has stopped.
