Which City you going to mate??
Now to the deck
This is only because your going to a city. And at any point in this post, if i add my opinion, do not be offended.
Dark Magician decks dont work, there are far better forms of spellcasters that can be used that are more consistent and can topdeck and draw fluently.
To firstly rate this deck is personally feel that its too random for a general spellcaster theme and you have entered random cards that will topdeck horribly and prove that u can enter far more effective choices into a deck. However it has to be sed that IMO your 80% on the right way there with staple entries.
i wont make changes, ill write a new decklist.

Ok wheres theres a city, theres an attraction of advanced/proffesional players for that qualifying spot, even if they dont normally go. This deck is to try and keep with the modern metagame and at the same time not try to be too advanced for a less experienced player. also whilst this should hold its own against a competitive deck, it will also be far too advanced for the newbie decks and less knowledgable players.
Spell and Trap line up are simple and effective ur not going to top badly as much with this assortment.
the monsters have a lil explaining for them.
10 monsters are searchable via sangan, mystic tomatos can fetch sangan = 1-1 next turn u tribute sangan for a a powerful trib, with sangans effect, thats 1-2, GK spys and a used magician work as superb tribute fodder aswell, you will always keep field presence with this deck, if someone used a monster u dont want to atk ur face down or face up's uve got defence spells and traps for that situation. staples (sangan, breaker) and the tributes speak for themselves interms of use, and tsukuyomi is there is u want another spell with MoF, or to kill another monster with Old vindictive, remeber, old vindictive has been erratered now, so it can only destroy an opponents monster, not any monster. kycoo , counters chaos sorceror and pot of avarice control themed decks, its exremely unplayed in this format. ok, the strike ninjas, is where this deck gets interesting, u have 1 light monster in ur deck and all the rest are darks, you dont need reinforcements and u dont need RFTDD, these have been entered for late game use, think about it, mid to late game uve got monsters in ur graveyard and its the deciding few moves to decide who wins, with averaging ( because of all the searchers and general useage) 8-10 darks in ur graveyard, if u summon strike ninja its immune, just remove it and itll come back, always keeping field presence. something bigger than strike comes out uve got defensive spells or if u can afford it take a hit to ur lp's. doesnt matter what u remove. your opponent plyas smahsing ground, hammer shot, dark hole etc, its gonna be a waste because your gonna remove strike and its gonna come back, thats why late game wen all the vital stuff has been used, strike ninja is the perfect finishing move.
now ur gonna need to play test it, but u can do that alone, just shuffle ur cards and see wat u pull, thtas the only way that ur gonna be able to see how the deck works for urself.
Hope u do well mate.
