Cut to top 8

Hey all.

Just thinking to myself as usual that more and more people want top 8 cuts but many others don't. This confuses me deeply as there are several views to this arguement.

For example :

"I like to have top 8 cut because it gives me a chance to win even whilst 8th in swiss"

"I don't like top 8 cuts since it means that you don't need to win swiss to get the 1st place"

Your thoughts and results are appreciated and maybe considered in future tournaments

IMO tim the only reason why you doubt the formula was because of jason's complanits last year, it was his problem (bit of a sore looser TBH), he didnt moan at ray or anyone at the UK nationals about the Top 8 cut,, understandably this isnt as big but it is the biggest tournament that you host, if people dont like the formula of the tournament then there will be other people that i have no doubt wud luv to participate in a city championship, therefore i think the decision should be down to you not to us, because at the end of the day tim, its ur tournament. o and so i just cast my vote, i dont mind either way a city championship is a city championship =/

i c anyone else tjhoughts since i think i got another city champs in season 2 at some point so i may change it.

Main reason i don't do cuts is to keep the young kids going

Monthly tournioes, theres no point, thats IMO dood.
