i just had this and as with sangan the monster hits the field so then jinzos (or as you wife calls it, Jenzy) effect takes place and so call is negated.
AS for naming, i dont know
Bood, using Noods pooter

Ur opponent must declare the target of cards such as call, prem etc in order for you to have time to respond, it HAS to be done. if u opponent activates call and declares jinzo as the target, u can chain your MST to call and jinzo will not be summoned, this is because ur MST resolves before call, and the same goes for sangan too, people mix this up with the vice versa situation: Player A has a call of the haunted face down Player B activates Heavy storm or Mst or dust tornado etc etc player A can then chain call of the haunted to the activation of the m/t removal either targeting e.g sangan or jinzo, because call will resolve first in the chain jinzo will stay on the feild or sangan gets its effect etc etc, because it is treated as the monster already being there wen the m/t removal was activated.
