hi can someone plz tell me if i use nobleman of extermination on my opp face down and lets say its sak armour my opp tells me he has no more.Am i allowed to check his deck to confirm that or not.

Your are allowed to see their deck as long as you ask, but if you trust them then there's no point.

The ruling is probably the same as Crossout - reveal decks.
A lot of it, as Noodle pointed out, is taken in trust.

All of the above are correct, You have the right to view a players deck to check for anymore of the card in question provided you meet the requirements (for NOC that would be a flip effect , for NOE thats a trap) just remeber if the trap is chained to NOE then you don't get to do anything
