hi if i play horus lv4 then play mystic box can i choose my horus lv4 so my oppenent does not get horus thus still destroying one of his monsters.And same with creature swap can i choose my horuslv4 so he does not get my monster

If i understand correctly u r asking can u select Horus LV4 as your monster for mystic box?
The answer is no since horus LV4 cannot switch control and therefore it is an illegal target for mystic box.
The same applies for creature swap since horus lv 4 is an illegal target as it can't have its control switched
