hi all just a little query i was dueling my mate the other day and he used chaos emperor dragon envoy of he end's effect during my turn!!! is this ok? as i was quite annoyed at losing because i just summoned my black luster soldier envoy of the beginning and was about to win thanks alot craigj

Yeah but at least play fair! That's very unfair what that guy did! If I play for fun I use all three of the God Cards and/or play with unlimited life points. The second one being for testing a deck.
