Is Relinquished a multi-trigger effect monster? i.e. can I use it's effect when an opponent declares an attack?

No you can't, you can only use his effect once on your turn, same as thousand eyes.

Thanks guys.
My son keeps getting tripped up by a neighbour with Relinquished, and I didn't quite know how it's effect worked properly. Now I can let him know.

I beleive thats wrong you can still only use it once, if you read it his effect can only be used once per turn, you can suck up a monster and book of moon it then flip it back up but you won't be able to suck anything else up.

Wrong, you can use its effect again cause its 'requirements' have been reset.

So the only thing flipping a monster face-down preserves is any change in battle position. *Everything* else is reset ??

A further question:
When the opponent's monster is equipped, does it move to the spell/trap zone? And, does it remain on the oppenent's field, or does it move to mine?

One final question: Is Relinquished affected by Eternal Rest?
Ok, two questions: What happens if Change of Heart targets Relinquished? Does the equipped monster transfer to the opponent's side of the field as well?

NO............BUT THE MONSTER DOES NOT GET DESTROYED AS ITS BECOME A EQUIPMENT CARD IS STILL ATTACHED TO RELINQUISHED EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT ON YOUR SIDE OF THE FIELD. JUST LIKE WHEN YOU SNATCH A MONSTER WITH AN AXE FOR EXAMPLE. AXE STAYS WHERE IT IS BUT ITS STILL EQUIPPED
