when shadow spell reduces the atk by 700, is it pernament even after the shadow spell is destroyed?

No, when its destroyed the attack is restored.

WELL I CAN UNDERSTAND THE CONFUSION AS THE CARD JUST STATES REDUCE THE ATK NOT REDUCE THE ATTACK WHILE THIS CARD IS EQUIPPED
