Hello fellas, I just wanna clear something up. As you know by now, i play water, and the effect of Levia Dragon is..

Send "Umi" on your side of the field to the Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field except this card.

but, if it is attached to Prem Burial or COH etc.. does it also get destroyed, I am guessing yes, but just wanna check..

Indeed it does, coz the effect of COTH and prem is:

When this card is destroyed, and sent to the graveyard, the attached monster is also destroyed.
