d**n, I was hoping for the return of Sinister, Tribe and Ring, but oh well. Im suprised that cyber dragon and mobius have'nt been restricted, but mirror force coming back is brilliant.

tru restricitng cyber dragon would be nice however as said they can't due to its fusions
i don't think restricting mobius would get very far as its not broken really.
I think the unbanning of some cards that maybe are a problem for both players is ok. (ie mirror force as it can be easily m/t removed)
on the other hand things that give mass advantage to a player should be banned. (ie morphing jar if used correctly can give signifcant card advantage)

cyber dragon is not restricted in japan because hardly anyone uses it. their meta is a lot different from ours!!!
it will be restricted to 1 over here tho due to constant abuse!

its used inaccurately by alot of people a n00b is a slang term for someone that is either an idiot, moron someone who is considered to be disliked etc etc, basically its an insult. the term newbie however, is a given in itself, someone who is new to the game or a fomr of play etc etc.
so if ur called it, its not something to like =/
