lol, like i said mate thats ude for ya, there are so many rulings thats just seem wrong (like exiled force being used under skill drain?  ?), but its not down to us to make the rules. |

ok everyone here is how i c it
You can NOT play a card that could not resolve proberly as the effect would be half done. So using card destruction you can NOT activate it since the spell wouldn't resolve for both players
However an effect that is forced to take play such as morphing jar is allowed as it must be done. The main difference is that one is an option effect where as the other is not and must be done
