On your standby phase, when this card is on your graveyard and there are no Magic/Trap cards on your field, you can special summon this card to the field. This effect cannot be activated if there is a faced up "Yomi Frog" on the field.

i think it will be semi resttircted IMO, there is great use for this card in soul decks, although it does have a similarity to sinsiter serpent but because its not as powerful, i belive it will be ran in 2's
