Ok... me and abanate want a couple of answers, cant seem to find the answers on netreps.
1. Ceasefire... to activate this card, does there have to be a face down monster on the field. As it seems that if there isnt, you are not completing the requirements on the card
2. Mage Power, do face down magic cards count, or are they treated as 'just a card' I guess they do.
Sorry to sound like a noob, but, well, just wanna make sure.

yes and yes.
E.g There MUST be a facedown card to activate ceasefire, and although its 'a card' its obv a spell or trap, as its in that zone.

the only reason we queried it, was on the gba game, World Champ 2005, it had to be face down, but on Nightmare Troubadour, it dont, and it is not some crapola card, so thought i better make sure

netrep files are no longer valid for tournament use. tournaments now are ordered to run RONIN for rulings. and ceasefire can only be activted if there is a effect monster on the field no other restriction. :/

and this has to be stressed sooo much. do not play by the yu gi oh games rules in R/L as they are not in santcion of UDE policy of tournament play/rules :/
