They will ban Luster IN april, on the NEXT Ban list, and they will Unban The Emperor Dragon, and remove the priority rule,

yeah but if you say that, then you can say that the blue eyes is also... just because you can remove cards on the field or hand to summon it, you still need the ritual and luster to do so.
i dont know if its tourni legal, but if it is, the Blue Eyes Shining Dragon in a dragon based deck is insane.. more powerful the Luster, more pertential then any other.
even if you had 3 ritual, and 3 luster, you only have a 3 in 40 chance of being able to bring it out. the power is for what you need to have... granted its more powerful then most rituals, but for work needed, i think it is justified

nah mate, these are seperate cards, your talking about Black Luster soldier, they are talking about Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning, super uber hard card.

Maybe you should read the topic, if i was on about the ritual i'd say bls.... not, ble envoy of the beginning, the one that has 3,000 attack, can attack twice, remove any monster form play, and is summoned peice of piss...
Blue eyes shinning dragon is crap, its unusable, since there no ultimate in english.

sorry my bad, didnt know about this, thought they were the same thing...
i guess the cost is low, but i guess it is justified still. well, the remove a monster from play is a pointless effect for it if it is 3000, as that would be enough to take anything out really... so your more likely to get rid of an opponant monster with an attack so you can attack again... and that is where you can have all kinds of things... man-eater bugs and anything that has the ability to take a card out. if you use the ability to remove a card, you waste the power of it. its again, just as strong as BEWD... yes it has the ability to attack twice, and yes it can remove a card, but its just like any other power house card.
The most i can see is a limit to the number of how many you can have.. it wont be banned...
and i thought they were bringing out BEUD in a soon to come new edition of boosters or something... there is no such thing as an unusable card (except the god cards) so i'm sure they will.

IT IS LIMITED ALREADY.... OUT OF THE TOP 8 DECKS IN THE NATIONALS, 7 RAN IT, IN THE US NATIONALS THEY ALL RAN IT...THE WORLD CHAMPS LAST YEAR, 7 OUT OF 8 RAN IT....UNDERSTAND??
