Hydro Pump, Lugia is very nasty yes. However, Kyogre would own him. Water spout, 150 power, 100 acc, doubled due to rain, doubled due to kyogres type, doubled if health is full.....power 600?  Thunder, Ice Beam, and, oh, ancient power or surf!!! Mean as fcuk!!! |

lol, this debate has no answer, i mean you can get articuno with mind reader and sheer cold, surely thats the best, lol. umbreon as a staller and slow killer would beat a mewtwo easy and a well tuned blissey if timed right is unbeatable, no winner here
and i always had surf for kyogre, for water spout is crapola without lp, so its a back up stab move (lol, stab, pokemon jargon)

oh yeah i have a level 55 poliwrath (for pokemon stadium 2), with mind reader and fissure. i had 2 train a poliwag up to a poliwhirl on blue, teach it fissure with the tm from giovanni, trade it onto silver then level it up to learn mind reader. also it has ice beam 4 flying stuff ^^
