THATS TOO TRUE REDCAP WHY BOTHER......THATS WHY THE GAME IS DYING......ITS JUST TOO HARD FOR NEW PEOPLE TO START....BUT THEN TOURNAMNET PLAY WILL BE PHASED OUT IF THEY KEEP PLUGGING THE HOBBY LEAGUE AS THEY ARE NOW......SEEMS STRANGE TO ME AS THEY WILL LOOSE THERE FOLLOWING IN THE END. 12/11/2003 was the earliest ude recorded tourny for the US and for the UK it was this time last rear which was the earliest recorded UDE tourny...... and because ude tournys started earlier in the US than over here, who knows if the ladder will re-set.... so if it aint then correct ur typos smart ass! THE FIRST REPORTED UDE TOURNAMENT FOR THE UK IS 31/1/2004 IN ST AUSTELL, PLYMOUTH. SO ERR YOUR WRONG AGAIN. AND FOR THE RECORD EUROPE(ITALY) IS THE 1/7/2004 AND AUSTRALIA IS 10/12/2003. SO TO PROVE THE POINT BEING SMART DONT PAY AS THERES ALWAYS SOMEONE SMARTER. However having said this it is potentially easier to catch up higher players due to handicaps.
You c if say for example i lose to louis in a tournament. i would only lose 4 points on my ranking because im lower . However if i win (most the time) then i gain 6 points due to my being lower.
Louis would only gain 4 points for a win against me whilst he would lose 6 if he lost to me.

but u rember he's going to lose to someone and if you put your mind to it and go to more tournaments than other people thereby increasing your rank

THATS A BIT HARSH I WOULD CALL IT REALISTIC,BASICALY THE POINTS SUCK THEY ARE NOTHING TO BE PROUD OF IF THEY DONT RESET THEM ONCE A YEAR ALL THEY SHOW IS HOW LONG SOMEONE HAS BEEN PLAYING,SEEDED MY ARSE PLAYING LONG TIME YES!

Ive been playing longer than louis but yet he's higher than me so that theory don't work really.

WELL IT WORKS FINE AS YOU CANT PLAY HALF THE TIME ANYWAY TIM. THE POINT IS IF WE ALL HAD PLAYED FOR THE LAST 2 OR 3 YEARS THEN WE WOULD ALL BE IN THE TOP 30. FROM THAT POINT OF VIEW ITS NOT HARD. UNLIKE THE OTHER POINT OF VIEW WHERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE UP 2000 POINTS FROM 2 POINT WINS RE THE LAST POSTS YOU MADE. IT MIGHT TAKE A WHILE.

NO THATS NOT WHAT WE MEEN.WHAT WE ARE TRYING TO SAY IS THAT IF THEY NEVER RESET THE POINTS THEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR FIVE YEARS YOU WILL HAVE MORE POINTS THAN SOME ONE WHO HAS ONLY JUST STARTED AND IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HARD TO CATCH UP EVEN IF THE NEW GUY WAS THE BEST DUELIST EVER KNOWN AND WON EVERY DUEL HE PLAYED.SO THIS WILL PUT NEW DUELISTS OFF COMPETATIVE PLAY BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CATCH THE PEOPLE WITH LOTS OF POINTS.SO BASICALLY THE POINTS ARE WORTHLESS NO REPRESENTATION OF SKILL AT ALL UNLESS THEY RESET THE ONCE A YEAR AFTER THE WORLD FINALS THEN EVERY SEASON YOU CAN SEE A BIT MORE CLEARLY WHO THE INFORM DUELISTS ARE

cant they make it like tennis or golf, where the points are tallied up over the course of a year and when a tournament takes place, the points from the one last year are removed and replaced with the points of this years one.
