Although this is dead, i would just like to take this time to confirm, FFXIII and vs FFXIII and Haerisis XIII all on PS3...so the twat who posted this...just got owned.

As the owner of a 360 I speak from experience when I say that the 360 is more than capable of producing the power required to slap out the graphics rendered from ff games. However while it is good to know that the ff series is available for the 360 is some form I would agree that it should be kept for the ps range, after all 360 was the first of the next gen consoles, they should be creating 1of games that blow ff and such like out of the water. Granted they have made an excellent effort with Gears of War (man that game rules, especially on live), but we need to see more in the way of rpg games that bring something new to the platter, having said that, maybe ps needs to move on a bit and come up with something more inventive for the ps3. As for the hype surrounding the ps3 and how powerfull it will be, face facts, once it is released it will be a let down, as the 360 was, as the ps2 was, as pretty much every console is!! I'm not doubting it will be a good console, my point is that every one expects the ps3 to be this unreal machine that makes everything look good, and everything run smoothly, unfortunately we live in the real world, machines have glitches and so will the ps3. As some one has already stated, the ps screen shots given in the past were running of a mac, the only reason they didn't do it of a windows based pc is becasue microsoft would get the credit for some of the result!!!, this meaning that the engine built was not up to what they said, so what does that mean for the ps3?  . If no one here owns a 360, my advice, get one, BUT GO LIVE!!!!, the 360 was designed for it, the games are awesome normally but on live they come into a world of their own. As for the ps3, only time will tell, by all means get one but be prepared to be let down, it won't be perfect. |
