I want to add a Jinzo plus an Amplifier and I also know a few of these are banned for advanced so this is traditional deck at the moment and I am looking to update it to Advanced format.
Maybe a Cyber Jar?
Any help would be great!

the general deck layout is about 18-20 monsters 14-18 spells and 4-7 traps, f you wanna jinzo you gotta cut down on the traps.
one Black luster soldier isnt enough, i would drop him, how often do you actually get him out?
Thunder Nyan Nyan isnt a great card, drop her, and cyber jar is a good card bring it in
you have a good set of spell cards there, keep them, maybe if you could get a lightning vortex
traps, lose curse of darness, judg of anu, magic drain, waboku and ordeal of a traveler, unless you really like them, oh and covering fire too, although it can be a sexy little card, keep the solemnwishes, only because thats your name, lol. i would do it for that reason
basically, you need more monsters and less traps, lol

What do you think?
Have no cyber jar or Lightning vortex though. Any other recommendations for monsters?
I have an Invader of the Throne, not bad.
I don't often get BLS out anyway so no probs losing him.
Any extra help would be great Gaz.

nah, those cards can save you in times of need, keep em, plus you need more level 4 or less cards.

I would like to change the other 2 though, will look at my cards (and my sons, see what I can nick lol).
May swap scapegoat for horus level 8.
I do need a powerful monster besides dark magician and frost monarch, but something with a good kick to it in the form of an effect. Any ideas?

spirit reaper is a great cards (actually, not so great in traditional, with dark hole and raigeki, YUCK!!!) spear dragon is expendable
Horus level 8 can only be summoned by lv 6 fulfilling its neeeds, so you will need a level six too. for a straight out card with a kick, you can either use sacred phoenix, ancient gear golem or maybe the creator (not fantastic though), but you still need more level 4 or lower monsters, you will be topdecking alot.

from your trades these will fit into your deck (i would have two MOF's in as you have a decent array of spells)
Magician of Faith
Jowls of Dark Demise
Mask of Darkness
Cyber Jar
these all ok level 4 or lower monsters.

I am pleased to say that I had already added a jowls before reading your post!!
Can I ask why spirit reaper is so good please? I understand it can stay on the field long enough for you to draw a level 5 or 6 monster, but it could still get creamed by a magic or effect etc.
Will add another MOF, I like that idea. Already have mask of darkness in my deck.
Plus which of these would you say is better:
Penguin Soldier or Penguin Knight?
Also, with a lot of players using decree and jinzo, I'm thinking of adding a double snare spell to my deck.
Again, what you think?

oh penguin soldier, it is great
I tried double snare and just found i always drew it at the wrong time, so i wouldnt recommend, better just putting in a tribute to the doomed, at least you can always use that

They are banned in advance format games but NOT traditional format, which in my first post I stated they were for traditional format only.
Any card can be used in traditional format, i am updating my deck firstly based on traditional, when I have achieved what I want I will replace all banned cards when I play advanced format.
Hope that clears it up a little ;-)
